Product launch in the RED OCEAN.

Greetings! We are launching new Kanban process management tools https://flowfast.io and our top competitors is a trello, asana, jira etc. As you can imagine, it is not easy to get through the information flow of such huge products. So I would like to ask the community for some help - advice, recommendation, reference link, if you know anything that can help me, please let me know. Of course I have read all the guides, I am improving my personal page and will soon start promoting the product page, but what if I do something wrong?
