Product Hunters - Who here has faced a Launch day problem & how was it resolved?

We were not visible / featured for the first 10+ hrs of our launch. But thanks to great PH support the issues were resolved and we got a chance to compete.

I think everyone who is launching should keep this in mind. Yesterday one of my friend launched and faced same not featured issue and after contacting support they fixed it.. Everyone be aware ( :

We launched today and are facing the issue too. Supporters have been mostly early subscribers. Not featured on the homepage, no visibility. Its really tough and unpleasant after so much hardwork leading to this day. However, we're still hopeful. Please show us some love.
