I just wanted to get more insights on the best pre-launch strategy for a B2B saas startup. Let me know what worked best for you during your product launch.

From other companies i saw (like Planetscale and Vercel)
- create hype with countdown tweets and little easter eggs
- Send email the day before too, "Tomorrow is the day" or something like that
- Add a live count down on the landing page with a link to save the event on your calendar (Vercel did this for Next conf)
- Add "N days till launch" on your Twitter bio
- Do a Twitch live for the whole launch day with the behind the scenes process of launching? Never saw this but it sounds like a good idea
- Show what you are launching to influencers before it is available, do a complete tour of the product and tell them about launch day, tell them to not reveal anyone about it, they will probably talk about it everywhere

Show the product to some people privately before launch and they will feel like it's their own and talk about it, you also get feedback before launch and can tweak marketing copy based on their feedback
