Practise voice english speech in browser

Hi! I like practise voice english speech when reading anything text or book in browser. And I feel how it simple practice do up my skills, but I don't see and don't hear how much words I speak right or bad. How you think, how easiest create an application in browser which can show me transcription with pronounciation under the text in browser, and with microphone for speech analysis and comparing it with etalon english voice. And of course with collecting data and show right pronunciation and my score. All I have it is a 3K$ credits in AWS for start-up and I want to burn it or give it whom who can help me
