PH launch for side projects ?

I assume PH launches are different whether I want to launch a small side project or a big project. What would you recommend me to do differently in that case?

They’re the same, whether small or big. The main difference between a big launch and a small one is:
1. You start early (create a coming soon page, talk with your users/other creators for support on launch day)
2. Be active in the first 4-5 hours responding to comments (this is the same for both big and small)
3. Remind people of your launch and ask for support
4. Share your launch page on all your social media (at least twice on each)

That’s all I can think about. I made a low key launch today (still ongoing) to get some experience, and the points I made above seem to cover pretty much everything

I am fairly new here but it seems like it entirely depends on your goal for the launch no matter how big or small the project is. What is your main goal?
