Peer reviews for a coworker you don’t know that well?

I’m curious if anyone else has run into this situation where you have to write peer review (performance review) for a coworker you don’t know that well? I wrote a short blog about it, but want to know what you all think are some good tips! Do you agree with these or have other to add? TL/DR: 1. Start with Positive Observations 2. Highlight Peer-level Contributions 3. Provide Measurable Outcomes 4. Acknowledge Their Role and Responsibilities 5. Tie Their Work to Company Goals 6. Suggest Areas for Development https://thinksy.app/blog/how-to-... Thank you!

I've had to do more than a few, I think you covered all the bases. Just be open and honest and only comment on what you know / have observed.
