We are building an ed-tech startup that will come out before the end of this year. We already managed to rake in some people who are interested and joined our waitlist, but we want to build more hype about the product within our user base. We are waiting for our POC to be out so we can display the product on the website and in media content. Once we have all of this (beginning of September), should we advertise this around or try to grow organically only?

Nay, organic growth builds a stronger, more loyal user base over time. Focus on creating valuable content and engaging with your audience naturally.

    Launching soon!
I think at the moment, advertisement wont be a good option. If you are the founder then start building a reputation around your niche on LinkedIn. Create content post, engage with people someone constantly needs to keep on doing that. I know this content creation process is hard but you know you can always ConnectGenie AI. It helps you write Captivating LinkedIn posts, craft engaging comments, write personalised connection request notes to help you grow your network in a more personalised manner. Hope this helps and best of luck with your startup.

Honestly, a mix of both might work best! Paid promotion can get your name out there fast, and organic growth can help keep the momentum going over time.

@chritopher_bond I am of the same opinion. Organic growth NEEDS to be there, but in startups, the keyword is "velocity". Using paid promo, while following a structured plan, can help get your name out there and help it grow organically.

Definitely go for paid promotion. It’ll help you build hype quickly and get more people excited before your POC is even out.

If you have the budget, paid promotion can be great for building hype. Just make sure it aligns with your overall marketing strategy.

Yay, a mix of both is often the best approach. Start with paid promotion to kickstart interest, then sustain growth organically through quality content and user engagement.
