Paid Plans + Free?

Hi! I am the founder of upmeet.me, I'm currently debating whether I should add a new free plan with our paid plans. If I was to add a free plan what usage limits should I put in place? Relaxed like 30-minute meetings unlimited or More Strict like 30-minute daily meetings.

You ideally want to add enough friction to the plan where it won't: - See a significant portion of customers on your current lowest plan 'downgrade' - Customers using the free plan can determine value and then are encouraged to upgrade. Considering your current plans have a very low cost barrier, I wouldn't feel afraid to have really strict entitlements, like limiting participants to say 2 and having say 30-minute daily meetings.
