When there's a new challenge in product development, do you usually handle it in-house or outsource? What's your take on it?

When deciding whether to outsource or keep development in-house, consider factors like project complexity, budget, and available expertise. Outsourcing can bring new ideas and cost savings, while in-house development offers more control and alignment with company goals. It's important to weigh these factors based on your specific needs and resources.

Always in-house and don't have any experiences with outsource projects. But I think we are pretty lucky with our CTO. I'm stunning week for week what he is developing, because I'm not that much in development.

If you can in-house then do it. The most limiting factor at the beginning is money. Once you have money you can start outsourcing some tasks and scale

Always in-house, if you are making a product you need to develop, design and build, otherwise you cant control it
