Examples to consider: - how much runway do they really have? - the next big feature they're working on? - their customers NPS Let me know the facts you'd like to know!

Jakob, I'd be most curious about the true satisfaction and retention metrics of their customers—understanding what keeps their users coming back would provide invaluable insights for improving our own strategies. Knowing their product roadmap would be a close second, as it could guide our own innovation and positioning in the market.

What does their planning and goal-setting look like — this is always a big point of curiosity for me in any organization. - How cut throat are they about setting goals (we can't do everything so let's do these few things first, really well) - How accountable are they about sticking to goals (we have to maintain visibility on progress and measure key metrics accurately) - How do they apply those learnings and data to future decisions (once we have actionable insights, we have to feed that back into the org and the business effectively) I think the magic happens when you have a plan that builds in space for experimentation and testing. But testing without a plan is headless chicken vibes.

Good insights, Jakob! Super agree with everything, especially NPS and how other people mentioned here – retention. I'd also add their growth rate.
