Since everyone's remote (maybe less so these days), do you see offsites as a chance to meet your team or an inconvenience when you'd rather be remote?

For those that love offsites, what are some productivity hacks? I personally love setting clear times where we're working and when we're catching up - it prevents me from being distracted!
