As known, frequent notifications waste your time and cause stress. Which applications do you use to or create periods free from distractions? Except for turning off the phone, of course.

I turn the notifications off on almost all of the apps I have. Besides messages, pretty much nothing gives me notifications. I saw a big downtrend in my screen time when I did this! If you're interested, we just launched today and would love your support: www.producthunt.com/posts/fresco-3

@paul_vanzandt Hi! Application that creates periods free of non-urgent notifications is here https://www.producthunt.com/post...
I usually disable all notifications that I don't want from any app by going on to the settings. I don't use any specific app to control notifications on my phone.

Not using any app, just disabling notifications from the apps that keep on posting ones. Actually not removing all notifications, just on the apps that I find annoying and for which the notifications feel more like spam than real informative or helpful. On this topic, was about to suggest you check Zario which launched last week, but it seems you already know it!
