Notion mostly but the mobile app is slow. I use WhatsApp self-account for note-taking sometimes.

@roopreddy if you're on iOS, check out my app which is optimised for quickly creating Notion notes -> https://apps.apple.com/us/app/in...
Google keep for phones and Microsoft Notepad for computers. I like it minimal and simple.
I used Notion before, but I'm using Obsidian recently.
it's offline (unless you decided to pay for saving it in cloud). The experience is much better because with Notion sometimes you need to wait for it to fetch your data and I don't really need online features since I take my laptop everywhere.
@james_tedy my question was too vague sorry, do you use Obsidian for free?
@james_tedy It appears most engineers have moved to Obsidian from Notion recently. It's a bit harder to create a process (?) than Notion. Would you mind sharing a little more about your experience? 😳
Google keep is my go-to note taking application
Browser Note (Chrome Extension)
i favorite Browser Note: Effortless Note-Taking in Your Browser, browsernote.online
Lyrist
I use iOS notes app because it was the default for an iPhone 😂. Though for songwriters and students I made https://lyrist.app
Culturama
@psd Same as you (i use ios notes app). The difference is that in the meantime I'm working on https://culturama.is 😉
Right now, I just jot down ideas in uptiq.app so I can follow them up as experiments further down the road
informed news
Depending on the type of notes and where you are:
- pen/paper: for quick ideas, creative processing or meeting notes
- notes app: for ideas that come up while on the go
- notion: for long-term work-related thoughts
Notion but for meetings, automatic note-taking is a life safer. I am using spiky.ai, our app! Soon to be published on Product Hunt as well!
OneNote and pen and paper when things get serious :)
