Newsletter Monetisation Ideas

I deliver insights about the latest marketing strategies that consumer brands are using for Web3 brand building through my newsletter: https://nativemarketer.substack.com/ . This newsletter has grown very quickly over the last couple months, including founders, creators and executives from Fortune 500 brands. I'm now looking to monetise this newsletter through sponsored ads, affiliate links etc. Wondering if anyone has had experience with this and what you would recommend? Thank you in advance!
