In a study conducted by John Norcross in 2002, it was found that about 77% of participants could maintain their New Year's resolutions for one week.
Do you think this is still true? Who's making resolutions?

More true than ever. So no, not making resolutions as they are kind of artificial substitutes distracting us from the real goals.
