New idea: Startup "peer review" platform

I recently launched my own product, and one of the biggest problems I've had is receiving feedback on the platform. As a college student, I often do peer reviews in class on other people's work. I give them feedback, and they give me feedback. Imagine a platform where you could list your idea or product and by reviewing other founder's work, you can receive some yourself. Structured in a way so that there's an even exchange of feedback. Would you use a platform like this?
