The app will make it possible for people to subscribe to or claim specific houses/apartments and send messages to other houses. Good or bad idea?

I love the idea! There should be a digital space for all physical objects. Tagging all physical object seems a hard problem to solve (add QR code stickers to everything?). Address, location etc. only works as a unique identifier for houses that don't move. Cars have license plates. So both of those are a great way to start.
