Need feedback - new employee listening platform

Hi All, We are building a new employee listening platform (on the basis of GPT-3). Our main competitors are such companies as Culture Amp, Lattice, Qualtrics. We try to apply a different approach to employee surveys and employee engagement. Our main hypothesis is that employees do not trust pulse surveys since they are not in fact 'anonymous', and you will never know the results (and whether any decisions have been made). At the same time, employers do not have enough context and information about potential issues. Also, anonymous surveys with open questions are not scalable (especially, for companies with more than 1000 people). Hopefully, our product will solve these problems.
