Need Advice on Selection eCommerce Options

Hi, Honestly I need advice. I'm a single person company who works on WordPress projects. And just like most of the WordPress Developers, I'm also planning to offer WordPress Maintenance service. I have my plans ready and already have few clients, now it's time to go live and accept clients from all over the world. The Challenge, Setting up an e-commerce Website. As Thanos said in Infinity War, "… You're not the only one cursed with knowledge" The issue here is, I have too many options to choose from. I can use WooCommerce (which can be costly), Easy Digital Downloads (another $500 option) Or I can use third party services like Pabbly Subscriptions, ChargeBee (overpriced), Zoho Subscriptions etc. I need advice, I can handle all of them but being a single person company, I do not want to burden myself with too many options to manage on the site. I also have to deal with Security, Payment Compliance, Fraud Detections, Cart Abandonments, Cart & Checkout issues, Performance etc. I cannot seem to settle on one option, I do not have a mentor and may be this is the place, I can get some good advice to start with. Looking forward to hearing from someone.
