Need advice: 4 months into building my first SaaS - when to launch vs. keep building?

Hey Makers, I'm a developer who's spent the last 4 months building an all-in-one workspace platform. Now I'm at a crossroads and could use some perspective from those who've been here before. The product (kakrola.com): - Project management (Trello-style boards) - Team docs (Notion-like editor) - Team communications (channels & DMs) - Built with NextJS, TypeScript, Supabase Current situation: - Completed core features for Plus plan - Removed free tier based on common advice - Have more advanced features planned but not built - No real validation yet (first-timer mistake) Questions keeping me up at night: 1. Should I launch with just the Plus plan features? 2. How do you know when you've built enough? 3. Any tips for getting first users? You can try it out using test cards (Paddle test mode). There's a feedback button if you spot anything. What would you do if you were in my shoes? Any advice is deeply appreciated. ----- Quick note: You can use these test card details to try it out: Card number: 4000 0566 5566 5556 Expiry: Any future date CVC: 100 Would really appreciate any feedback through the feedback button in the bottom right!

launch then iterate with clients feedback, then re-launch, then iterate, then re-launch

Hey there! It sounds like you've built a pretty solid foundation. I'd say launch now with the Plus plan features and start getting real user feedback—perfection is the enemy of progress. Also, getting those first users might be like dating: you've got to put yourself out there. Speaking of which, "Her Ideal Match" might be interesting for you, helping guys understand what women really like using data science. But seriously, get some users and iterate based on their feedback. Good luck!

Definitely launch now and learn! You'll never feel fully ready, but getting real user feedback is crucial at this stage. Keep iterating based on what you hear from customers. Remember, if you're not a bit embarrassed by v1, you probably waited too long to ship it. Good luck!
