My New Customer wants to Migrate Data from her Account on our Competitor's Platform

Encountered something unusual yesterday. A new customer wants to upgrade to our Pro plan at Techchak (https://www.producthunt.com/products/techchak) but only if we can assist in migrating all her data and products from her account on our competitor's platform. It involves a substantial amount of data, and our support team is more than willing to handle the migration at no additional cost. I would like to streamline this process through automation, but unfortunately, I don't have API access to the competitor's account. Is it possible to request the customer to initiate this migration process from our competitor's platform so that we can provide assistance? Has anyone faced a similar situation, and do you have any advice?
