"More startups should hire full-time No Code profiles" How do you feel about this statement?

The No-Code movement is booming and there is a vast amount of really good builders. Nowadays we see most of these types of profiles as Indie Makers or Independent Creators. As a NoCode builder myself I love this approach, but I've also received a lot of job opportunities from startups in the last few months. I think companies will increasingly hire NoCode Devs. Do you think the same? Why? Share your thoughts and experience 👇

Yes especially early stage start ups. Companies like Apple and others have been hiring "Airtable developers" for some time.

Just off the top of my head - I think so! Standardization between traditional development and NoCode could contribute to increasing adoption. For example, NoCode could be used to build a framework and a traditional dev might clean up some granular, esoteric nits.
