What advice would you give to me as a Hiring Manager or as a Job seekers if I tell you that I'm developing a Mobile Application where you can Post/Apply to jobs On The Go? Also, this will be focused more towards "Voice" rather than "Text" to reduce/eliminate the need for typing out huge paragraphs, AND assess candidates/express yourself with more freedom!
