Meeting heavy morning or meeting heavy afternoon?

Thoughts on having all your meetings before lunch vs after?
I find that I’m usually more productive in the morning, so I prefer having no meetings before lunch. On the other hand, sometimes starting the day with meetings makes me feel like I’m more productive and I’ve gotten a lot done already. Thoughts?

Great question, I prefer meetings after lunch. This gives me time to be productive in the morning and prepare for any meetings in the afternoon.

I'm the same as you Jenny - I prefer a meeting free start to the day so I can get traction on my priorities or prep effectively for meetings later in the day. I do my best thinking in the mornings so like to use that time for strategic work.
