As a tech enthusiast who has tinkered with various industries, I've found that in-person meetings can foster better collaboration and creativity, while remote meetings offer convenience and flexibility. We are a remote company and we meet most of the time virtual. But once in a while it's super important to meet in person in my opinion, just for the vibe in the team. In the end it's all about the location. If the office is around the corner, I would go there almost every day. If it's more than 2o minutes away, I would go there just once a week. Btw. we announced a nice product for remote teams, would love to get feedback!
