What do you prefer, and why? Are you trust agencies? I hear many rumors about agencies promising so many things and great growth but no results.

If you are using an agency please share which one you recommend and from which country.

I've been running ads for many businesses in the last 3+ years, and usually, companies doing over 1MM/month go in-house, unless the agency really kicks ass and does not charge based on % rev, as when it becomes cheaper to build in-house. but yeah - talent is the other thing that's hard to grasp when you need to stay at that level, so the agency is just more reliant for some of them

So one of the few things I picked up from my old CEOs. It heavily depends on what stage you're at, and what you are trying to achieve. Lots of big businesses still have agency on their payrolls. So in an overall sense, you should be clear about your goal, and for me: - Creative Agencies usually come as a great source of guidance for businesses to establish their in-house foundation MKT team all the while maintaining their revenue And most agencies these days provide a very solid pricing package (paid on what you get, return policy....) So maybe, in my opinion, try to get your goals straight before hiring an agency so that you won't waste your resources without establishing anything for your business.
