Markdown or WYSIWYG?

I'm more of a Markdown gal myself but curious where you land.

Do you think you can get the same sense of efficiency with WYSIWYG as with Markdown?

Do you think Markdown can be as easy to use as WYSIWYG?

wysiwyg is easy for most / non-tech people. but i prefer markdown as its easy to write and share.
