Maker Stack for Community Platform?

Hi! Im Gia, I have been working on this idea called Open Air for about a year now, originally the idea was a platform that allowed outdoor hobbyists to monetize their expertise by offering a marketplace for class offerings (think rock climbing, paddleboard yoga, etc..), after doing some user research and a basic prototype on Figma, I am pivoting to starting by creating a community platform to connect people with nature through volunteer work, outdoor groups, and a used equipment marketplace. Ideally this would be a combination of offer up and meetup but tailored to the outdoors. Any recommendations on maker stacks for this platform?
