Loyalty or Hard work - What do you want in your co-worker?

I'd say in an ideal world, you want a co-worker who is fiercely loyal to the company and also works hard enough to make it seem like they're being chased by a pack of wolves! That way, not only do you have someone you can trust, but you also have a source of entertainment watching them work!
