Looking for a good tool to make cross-platform videos

Hello community, I've been lately considering video content for my startup. 1/ Currently selecting a few tools that might help in the video editing/recording process. Mainly for Youtube, Tiktok, and eventually IG reels and X. 2/ Also looking for minimal effort tools, time-to-production of less than 10 minutes when the raw records are pre-existing. Would you suggest anything that helps with social media videos. A couple of features I'm looking for: - subtitles - animations, fade-in/out - transitions - editing, sequencing - zooming Thanks in advance folks.
