Amidst rising covid cases in India, the country is coming to an economic standstill yet again. Given a second wave, and the learnings from the 1st long lockdown that all of us have gone through, how are you planning to spend this lockdown?

What I've learnt through the pandemic is that it is okay to ask someone to stay away from you when they forget to maintain some distance between the two of you. We tend to think they might feel bad if we say so, but it's important that we do. Also, not panic with increase in cases and remember to take some time off if things get overwhelming.

Not panicking. Not stalking on raw materials unnecessarily. Having 15 mins exposure to sun everyday. Doing home workouts. Eating less. Meditating. Having quality family time. Checking on people I care about.

I am in lockdown since a month now. This time its very horrifying, the people who are passing away gets closer and closer to your circle and you cannot do anything about it. What you can only do is take care of yourself and your family. If everyone does that it will be really helpful to get out if this unexpected situation.
