    Is the team you lead, or that you belong to, in good shape regarding well-being? How do you capture those data today? What works and what hasn't worked well in the past? (We're developing a tool that extracts well-being metrics from Slack and Microsoft Teams data, making it easy for everyone to interpret team dynamics and foster a supportive environment. We'd love to hear your thoughts!)

    If you communicate with the team every day, you start to feel that something is wrong.

    @ixord True, the personal connections give us such data and as people we are able to interpret them and understand well-being issues. What do you think about remote teams? Is that feeling as easy to get?
