I think there are two main elements that Upflowy does that help build a really great culture in the business. Our Monday All-Hands meeting gets everyone on the same level, celebrates wins, and we can see how we're expanding and growing as a company. Friday Happy Hour. Work chat is dropped, we try to play a game or get to know each other better. Given we were a remote company before covid, this has been so helpful for morale and unity. We all desire connection and belonging at the end of the day and I'm so lucky Upflowy has been fostering that environment!
