Launching a software on alpha stage?

Hello everyone. I have made some good progress on a recent project of mine, but it is not ready by any means, since most of the core functionalities are not implemented yet. Although, I would really like to launch it here so people can judge it, test it, report bugs and request features. To give a general feedback. What do you, the people of this platform, have to say about this?

you can but, you'll have to wait atleast 6 months before you can relaunch a beta or stable version as far as i know. i did the mistake of releasing the beta and now i have to wait till july. you can send an email to the support team to clear things out

Don't LAUNCH it, instead start building an audience, telling people about your product, and inviting early testers with an incentive for their honest feedback.
By the time you get enough feedback and the changes are implemented, your audience size might be huge already
