Hey guys, here again! After 8 hours of having Touring live on Product Hunt, we're grateful for the feedback the community is giving. And I'm not talking about upvotes! we're getting extremely valuable comments and ideas for feature improvements, and many people are contacting us privately to talk about Touring and explore partnerships. This is AWESOME! A few numbers: - 300+ upvotes - 50+ comments - 600+ visitors to our website - 100+ people who already signed up as early adopters of the Touring app. Guys, this is amazing. I don't know if we're going to be top 1, 2, 3, or not even in the top 10: we are getting already so much value from all of you! Thank you, thank you, thank you! The Touring Team

Looks like it pays off to prepare early for the launch😀 Congrats Gabriele!
@claudiu_cogalniceanu It does indeed! But I would like to think the product you're launching plays a determining factor!

@chrislester right? I am so excited I did not even managed to sleep properly and got up after a few hours to see how the community was responding, love the excitement!!

Was this the first launch? What did you guys do prior to launching to garner this kind of attention? Would be great to understand this.
@usha_bharadwaj hi! Yes it was the first launch! To be honest, I simply followed the tips from the launch guide and what people here suggested to do: - engage with the community as much as possible for some weeks prior to launch, without being purely transactional and trying to add value - post in ph-related groups (linkedin, fb, …) - do some outreach do let people know about touring: I’m not a big fan of this so I kept it low… just did it manually myself, without crazy automation tools or team behind it Hope this helps!
