Last Minute Launch tips advice and support.

@prithviiraj here are 3 things we are trying to do for our launch tomorrow: 1. One clean tracker so everyone on the team is aware of their role. We have added other information like the list, messages etc. to this tracker so tomorrow when the launch is live, no one is scrambling for stuff. 2. Outreach, outreach, and more outreach - Reach out to as many folks in your network to get their support. 3. Test your product so it doesn't fail u on the day of the launch

The product looks really well thought out. However, it feels like a lot of work during a call, especially given the advent of AI. I would think that the ideal tool would record and transcribe and then be able to summarize the call with a strong emphasis on sentiment analysis and feedback/recommendations. Team members should be able to query the AI for more information and insights (even across all call transcripts) and then your marking and sharing tools could be very useful to enable more convenient access to the key insights.
