Just went through an incubation program - everyone's pitches and demos sucked.

Won't name the Incubator, but it was one of the big ones.
Admittedly, I do have a design and marketing background.
Is this a common problem everyone has? Thinking of building to help people pitch, create LP's, and build quick demos for MVP's.

I think at a very early stage the idea and the numbers come first and the presentation is less important. Nice design does help with selling, but when you are just starting there are more important things to focus on.
I’m not very proud of the design of my product kosmodrom.work - there’s lots of room for improvement. But instead of polishing the design I choose to focus on showing it to people and getting my first feedback. Otherwise I would wait forever until my product is perfect.
