Just pulled the plug on our Top Product of the Month

It seemed like a very tough decision to kill your own baby. Looking back at it, we spent months developing BITHUB, our landing page builder, putting a lot of effort and money into it but the numbers were just not working. We had over a 1,000 MAU, but only 4 of them were paying customers. We tried many ways to fix that issue but it turned out that the issue is the product itself. Many found it useful while on free plan, but when it comes to upgrading to a paid plan, they pass. It's just not a necessity for them to pay for a landing page builder when they can find many others with more options, and still free. We really didn't want to kill it, but BITHUB was exhausting our resources and we had to let it go. I'm writing this here because many of our users who supported us during the whole journey came from ProductHunt, helping us become Top Product of the Month. And I want to tell them sorry. Sorry for letting them down and not being able to support them back. Hopefully you'd understand. Wish us luck!
