Leverage your network, niche communities, offer early-bird perks. Hustle hard.

Leverage your existing network on social media, email lists, Slack/Discord communities, etc. to get the word out. Offer an exclusive discount or early access for your first 100 users to create FOMO. Consider setting up a waitlist or doing a limited beta launch to build anticipation. Hustle to get coverage on relevant blogs, newsletters, and forums frequented by your target audience. Organic word-of-mouth from your initial evangelists is key in the beginning!

Leverage your personal network to get initial users - friends, family, colleagues. Post on niche communities like Reddit subs, FB groups, Discord servers related to your product. Offer perks like discounts or exclusive features to early adopters to incentivize signups. Grind hard in the beginning to get those first users onboard, it takes hustle! đź’Ş
