Ive launched by app but I cant find it in search or the feed?

Not sure what went wrong but I scheduled my app launch to be yesterday, July 26th, at 2am PDT. Does it first need to go through a review process?

It may not have been featured for some reason. There's a drop down under "featured" - deselect that any can see all launches including the non-featured ones. I'd reach out to the Product Hunt team using the chat function. They are usually responsive.
