Italy blocked ChatGPT for privacy reasons

Italy has become the first Western country to block ChatGPT for privacy reasons, but does privacy still exist in 2023 from your perspective and do you agree with Italy's move? From my perspective, we lost our privacy a long time ago and this is best seen with the advertisements we see on the internet every day on every device we have from mobile phones to TVs.
