Is there any free EXIF editor on Windows?

I have been using AnyEXIF for quite a long time on my Mac device for editing photo metadata. However, with the recent switch to Windows, I'm looking for feedback from people if you have any quality EXIF tool. Looking forward to your opinions. :)
