Is only Product Hunt Enough for Launching? 🤔

I have always appreciated Product Hunt's reach and community, but sometimes it’s not the only way to launch on one platform (my perspective).
Platforms like Reddit, LinkedIn, or even email lists can sometimes hit the mark better, depending on the product. (where your product has an audience)
What’s your favorite way to get a product out there? Do you stick to one platform or try a mix?

Nope. When you expose at many places, you can build backlinks, and improve your position in searching on the web. :)

I wouldn't say so. Today we are launching our airport product (you can check it out on my profile - feedback appreciated!) and we focus on PH, X, LinkedIn and Reddit. So using all we can.
Definitely not enough! You gotta be everywhere - socials, forums, blogs, ads, etc. The more exposure and links back to your site, the better. Helps with SEO and discoverability. Gotta hustle!
Certainly not! Basically, PH is a solid start, but a broader strategy will help sustain momentum. While PH can give you visibility and some initial traction, you’ll need to back it up with other efforts. You should consider reaching out to your own network, engaging with communities relevant to your product (like on Reddit or niche forums), and using content marketing like blogs or email newsletters.
You are right, I agree with you.
