Is localization a must for SaaS or not?

Depends on the cost of implementation. For example, MoR integrations might cost you a % of revenue, but translating in-app texts might cost half a day's work. The benefit of getting your product into new markets is more distribution for the same services. And if you're selling in a marketplace that handles some of the more expensive costs for localisation, then even better.

Hi Helen! I read an article about it this winter, https://www.gala-global.org/know... With this info in mind, I think localization is a no-brainer for any product, including SaaS.

Depends on who your market is, it's possible you can slowly add more languages as your product grows

@entreeden I totally agree that it depends, and as for my experience, there are some language groups that can be a perfect match in most cases. Let me share some numbers with you: https://blog.alconost.com/en/lan...
