The way we work, gives lots of valuable “insight” about us as individuals. It reveals our knowledge, competency and professional efficiency with regard to successfully handling the work.

Probably yes, but the rest time is not less important in my opinion. How we spend time outside our work says a lot about us as well. People often forget that it is important to concentrate on themselves from time to time, give their mind a break from everything. Absolutely! Great work ethic is synonymous with strong core values, a structured and consistent lifestyle. I am not aware of any humans who only have one or the other. Then again, this is my opinion. 😊
