We launched Fina 1 year ago (5/26/2023), wow, it took us an entire year to lift the product to its next level that we think we want to launch on PH again (5/22/2024). Is this too long for a startup? I heard people told me that this is not startup speed! :) How often to relaunch is a startup speed? To warm up the new launch, I wrote a short article to introduce what Fina looks like now: https://shawncao.medium.com/not-just-another-budget-app-ec3b26d1902e Please help me bring Fina to hit the world again!!! It works amazing now, IMHO, though there feels like always tons to do.

This is a normal result, launching a great solution at such a time. The main thing is that the product is of high quality! 🎉

@ixord feel "quality" is an endless game, I have to remind myself and the team where the balance point is - quality vs speed.

We are currently doing exactly this! Also trying to learn from last time when we launched Beta version of Stockle and did zero preparations before launching in ProductHunt. Now launching again after we've taken Stockle to a completely next level.

@joonatanvanhala Best luck, we are in the same boat, it really requires a lot of patience to ignore everything else, and focus on building "quality".

Some startups exist as startups for years, so it's not a bad speed! 👌 The most important thing is that you've made your product better, and it will be very interesting to see the results of your work!
