Is it possible to make it to the top of the day if you are not immediately on the top 5 positions?

Hello everyone, this is the first launch of our invoicing app for freelancers: https://www.producthunt.com/post... and I were wondering if it is still possible to make it to the top 5 product of the day if we are not immediately in the top 5. It seems like the product which starts off with the most upvotes ends up on the top. Is that the case? or do we still have a chance? Thank you for your input

I was actually curious about this. I've only checked one time, and the top voted product wasn't in the top 5 by end of day. I had checked early though too, within first hour,

Yes, of course, you can. In our case, our product was not in the top 5 list, but we still ended up as #3.

@tetiana_nikolaieva @erik_hudak_billdu We have a community outside of PH that supported us. Plus, we were fortunate enough that a product had more upvotes than ours but was behind us. Maybe their upvotes were not much credible.

Ok, so subtlety was not one of their strong points and while browsing their websites I realized neither were grammar or spelling. “They control the banking sector in the world just if they can give their wealth to the poor ones, no one can surfer (sic) anymore and they are using their wealth to fund the secret society Illuminati that’s why it’s among the biggest and powerful secret society,” was one such gem. Ok, dude, so no one can ‘surfer’ anymore. A lot of questions arose. Could I make a pact with the devil over the phone? Is there an administration fee involved when I sell my soul? Does the devil do debit orders? Credit cards or cash? Anyway, I was about to find out. It seems the Illuminati is not very business-savvy or maybe they regretted advertising. I called at least 10 numbers. Five of the numbers I phoned went to voicemail. One lady said she would SMS me the link to a website. Another agent of the Illuminati said he was busy, probably occult thingy jigs, and would call back but never did. Finally, I reached Musa. (That is the other thing. cal/WhatsApp us +27655665437
