is it normal to end up in top #10 of the day without putting any work?

I wake up today to only find out that We released Uniflow yesterday here on product hunt, which was not something intentional as our product is not yet fully released in the apple store. The goal was to release it on ! of November, but some how Product hunt release it yesterday as that was the initial date, before change.
