Is it difficult for you to find a designer to create a promotional video for your product?

We all know how important quality video is for advertising. Even for publishing on Product Hunt, you will greatly increase your chances of success if you add a quality video. But I've noticed that only a small number of projects have really good videos. What is the reason, what do you think? What is your personal experience?
