Is it better to read books in electronic form or actually hold the book?

I do both, but I find I go through more books on my iPad for accessibility reasons. It's easier to access, take it along with me and night reading options make it easier to read in bed without bothering my partner.

I prefer holding a book.
Both have their own pros and cons.
Both are equally beneficial

My preference is paperback. Although it is more convenient to utilize an electronic device, having a physical book in my hand provides me a break from screens and less distractions.
